For all learners to thrive, we need to invest in our educators.
From the district office to the classroom, educators say they feel isolated, exhausted, and on the brink of burnout. Budgets are tight and veteran and new educators are leaving the field, putting student learning in jeopardy.
It doesn’t have to be this way.
Welcome to Power of Place®. We offer educators a unique “third space” to re-energize, reflect, connect with one another, and rediscover the joy and beauty of the profession. By learning in community, educators experience a renewed sense of efficacy, purpose, and hopefulness for the future.
Our professional learning experiences are designed revitalize the profession by building the mindsets, pedagogies and practices that equip educators to teach, support and champion all students.
Our environments shape who we are. That is the Power of Place.
It shapes how we see ourselves, and how we interact with the world around us. Having a sense of place signifies a feeling of belonging. When you find your place, you’re home. We build regional networks to provide educators with an appreciative place to come together, connect, step back from the immediacy of the day-to-day, and see the long horizon.

Everything is relevant and immediately applicable, and [guest faculty and coaches] are always available for support. I'm just extremely grateful that I've had the opportunity to go through the ride with [the learning community].”
