The 2026 Winter Gathering: Presence, Purpose, and Place will bring together PK–12 educators to learn with and from one another around the theme of belonging and growth for every learner and every educator. Through a dynamic series of 90-minute workshops and rapid-fire Promising Practices showcases, the experience will center on classroom-tested strategies, practical tools, and innovative ideas that directly support teaching and learning. Participants will engage in hands-on sessions that model effective instructional practices, explore emerging challenges and opportunities in education, and highlight successful approaches from classrooms across grade levels and content areas. This collaborative, educator-driven experience empowers participants to deepen their professional practice, build cross-school connections, and leave with ready-to-implement strategies that elevate student learning.
