The Equity Leaders Co-Lab application is open and available here.  Any teacher in Massachusetts with at least 2 years of experience is eligible to apply.

 Formalize, deepen, and expand your approach to change leadership with an emphasis on the early stages of creating bold change – equity auditing, establishing a set of allies, visioning, and planning for maximum impact. We’ll create a space where you can collaborate, grow your change leadership skills, and create a plan to lead an equity initiative in your classroom and/or school community. 

This Co-Lab meets monthly online from November 2025 through May 2026. Participants earn PDPs plus a stipend of $450 or a reduced stipend and free graduate credit.
