Diana Lebeaux has joined the Power of Place team after several years of partnership and collaboration, as the Senior Director, Teacher Collaborative. Most recently, Diana was Senior Director of Programs at the Teacher Collaborative, overseeing the design, development, facilitation, and evaluation of the organization’s professional learning programs, cultivating a vibrant community where Massachusetts educators could collaborate, innovate, and problem solve together. Diana also led the organization’s Programs Team and contributed significantly to organizational development. In this role, Diana led the Teacher Action Research Fellowship in partnership with Power of Place. When Teacher Collaborative became part of the Power of Place Learning Communities family in the summer of 2025, Diana joined PoP to continue to oversee this important body of work while also contributing to PoP’s other educator communities.
Prior to her time at Power of Place and Teacher Collaborative, Diana spent over a decade working in the field of educational program development and management, including as Director of District and School Design Programs at the Center for Collaborative Education, where she directed initiatives focused on inclusive school and district redesign and facilitated professional learning, especially within Professional Learning Communities and networks. Previously, Diana was a middle school classroom teacher and directed student support and enrichment programs within and outside of schools. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Bates College in Maine and a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from New York University.
Diana lives with her husband and two sons in the Merrimack Valley area of Massachusetts, where she is also an elected School Committee member.
