All ECLC experiences provide an opportunity for educators to earn Professional Development Points; some as single learning experiences, and others as bundles of learning experiences. Most opportunities are free and open to all staff in ECLC partner districts; we also offer customized single- and multi-district cost-sharing experiences. • Quarterly Gatherings are ECLC’s four cornerstone, full day, in person experiences. These include our Summer Institute, Fall Gathering, Winter Gathering and Spring Showcase of Learning.
• PoP Ups are professional learning experiences that touch on timely topics in an introductory manner. These are mostly virtual, and allow us to explore the “appetite” of the community on a particular topic or theme. 
• Multi-Part Series are ongoing learning experiences that span up to a full year. These include role-alike spaces, affinity groups, book studies, and communities of reflective practice on a specific theme. 
• Opportunities to Innovate are stipend or grant-funded opportunities.
